Peak Roast
Grown in Nariño, the Southernmost province of Colombia, this gem of a coffee is the product of the select sourcing and impeccable processing at the La Minita mill in Pasto, Colombia. Only the largest beans from the Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica cultivars grown in this region are considered for this “Proprietor’s Reserve”. The cup is full-flavored, bright and complex. It features notes of raisin and cherry transitioning into smooth, and satisfying finish.
