Timor is among the poorest countries in the world. 90% of its economy is agriculture, and coffee is the only significant export product. By purchasing this coffee you are indirectly supporting some of the world's most downtrodden people. This coffee is one of the hidden gems of the coffee world. It is well balanced but offers a complex cup of flavors, such as caramel and chocolate.
